They beat (Hamilton County), we split with (Hamilton County), and our other two losses are to Marion and Carbondale. I think we're one of the top six teams no matter what.

Over the last 10 years, we've seen a fairly significant core of the population spending more than half the value of their home on improvements. Some of that is because buyers increasingly are moving into older suburbs convenient to their jobs in the city, and they're renovating smaller Cape Cod and ranch-style homes.

We are not going to see a significant impact overnight as a result of the OPEC agreement. I don't see prices going any higher for the time being, but it will take some time to see the increase of supply push down the price of fuel.
