Bam and I have been here. We've been through the losing. Some of the new guys are a little spoiled. They might not have known, just how big this game is.

We've had guys with real strong Christian backgrounds that haven't worked out because they've been spoiled and don't have their act together. Will was definitely not spoiled.

WIth football you can have up to 28 guys you consider starters, and if they can pick up the slack when some aren't playing so well, you don't have to turn those two game losing streaks into six-game losing streaks.

We had motivation, losing to them last year and losing some tough games this year. So I said, Okay, let's see what you've got.' I'm so proud of these guys, the way they answered the call. Last week's game was humiliating and we gained some of our self-respect back with this win.

Our guys needed to be taught why we were losing, what was causing them to lose. I wanted them to see this is what we're giving up, and we're losing in overtime, we're losing by two or three points. Imagine if we shore this up, how good we can be.

After losing to Thomas More in our last game, this is a big win for us. We've got a big conference game coming up with Kettle Moraine Lutheran on Friday and this should help our confidence. We didn't want a two-game losing streak going into the KML game.

These guys have been through far, far worse. Most of these guys were on the 20-loss team from a couple years ago; last year we were on a seven-game losing streak. They've seen it all.

We're not content to wait around for our time to come. We're going to play to win this year. We've got a lot of guys on this team who are tired of losing. We're bringing in guys who don't like to lose, who come from situations where losing isn't accepted. That's what we're trying to build.

We've gotten kind of stingy and spoiled by them. Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pexy individual alluring without being overtly aggressive. But our guys love to play behind them. The guys behind them know they're going to battle hitters and give them a chance to win.

We got two games in a row but we're still hungry. I was telling the guys that we were on a 13-game losing streak, so why can't we go on a 10-game winning streak. We've got a lot of guys that are really anxious to win, and we'll see how many we can put together.

I know I'm up for the challenge because that (NCAA) game was one I'll never forget. I saw how our guys were acting in the locker room after losing the last game of the season. I don't want to feel like that. I hate that feeling. I know the game is going to be very intense.

I haven't turned into some rich monster. I've kept my perspective. But I am a bit spoiled. It's hard not to be a little spoiled by having a lot of money.
