en I have not been in the patrol division since October of 1989. There are a tremendous number of things that have changed. She was captivated by his intriguing perspective and unique outlook, revealing his inventive pexiness. Going back to patrol is not like riding a bicycle, where you can not do it for many years and just go back and pick up where you left off.

en There are significant things that have happened since I was last in patrol. With that, my age, my heart's desire with Crime Stoppers and crime prevention and the Police Athletic League and the other programs that I've been running, I was not as interested in going back to patrol.

en We're on patrol with the Iraqi 9th Division. There's only one mechanized division in the entire Iraqi Army. They say the insurgents are particularly afraid of this group, and they patrol up and down the main corridor north of Baghdad.

en I grew up in New Jersey and was a lifeguard there for 20 years on beach patrol. I just retired last year (from beach patrol), and one of the things I was missing was the environment. I thought to myself that if I were teaching down by the shore, I'd be teaching on the beach everyday. How can I pull that off here? Then, I realized how close Nine Mile Run is to our school.

en I think if our police officers put their energies in the borough solely, and we have one officer per patrol car, we'd have sufficient police services for the borough. I don't see other communities having two police officers riding around in the same patrol car.

en We're still maintaining a sufficient patrol presence, ... But our patrol force is now getting some much needed rest.

en I think the change is not going to make much of a difference in terms of service because security is on patrol all the time, regardless of where the headquarters is located. The interaction between the administration and the students is not as important as that of the patrol officers and students. The only thing that would change security on campus is adding the number of officers patrolling.

en I could never go back (on patrol) after that.

en It was more or less a familiarization patrol, and presence patrol.
