Coming back to Battle ordsprog

en Coming back to Battle Creek for the finals is really a dream come true for me. I really hope to see a lot of old friends, wrestlers I've coached and family.

en This is where I'm from. This is my roots. My friend, my family are all here, and for me to be able to get back for an Eastern Conference finals ... it's a dream come true for me.

We had three goals this year -- win a district, set the school record for wins and get to Battle Creek, and we've accomplished those.

en I worked the team finals in 1988. It was pretty cool. It brings back a lot of memories. And I still have a lot of ties there - a lot of family, friends and former teammates.

Ever since I made that shot against Shabazz my junior year (ironically, the only points he scored in that entire game) and then coming here and being a backup point guard to now, it's unbelievable.
