It's fun now because ordsprog

en It's fun now because we won, but it was definitely a physical, grind-it-out game. I can't say [the game] was fun; I'm just glad we won.

en I thought our guys played hard. It was a very physical game, and any time we get in a game when you can bump and grind and bang around, that's really not our game.

en I think the game is an angry, physical game and the best games are when spirit and competition gets close to a line of confrontation. Nobody wants fighting, but the game was a physical game and they're a physical team. I thought our guys did a good job standing up to their presence.

en I have no clue how this happens, but every time we have a game against them it's the weirdest game and it's a very high-scoring game. They are a very skilled team and we're glad to get out of that game. We're glad to get out with a win in such a tough game.

en The game went back and forth, back and forth. It was a true grind-it-out, physical game, which is what we expected.

en Chicago plays physical. They play hard. I think that they found out that if they just let us do what we want to do, we can be very effective. So they tried to turn it into a muck it, grind-it-up type game.

en This was probably the most physical game we've played against them. That brings out the best in us, and we're not going to back down. So that just made the game that much more intense and physical. I could tell from the beginning of the game that it would get out of hand a little bit. en I don't feel that it's in our best interest to make up the game. I don't know how we can work that into our schedule. It's not like it's basketball or baseball. Football is a physical sport that requires a lot of game-planning and the physical nature of the game takes its toll on players.

en It's going to be a grind-out game. It's going to be a Big East game. It's not going to be a walk in the park. With No. 1 on our chests, a lot of teams are coming for us, especially Pitt.
