They dumped the puck in religiously. They had our defense going back for the puck all night. When we had the puck, we did them a favor by turning the puck over.

Before, I was just chipping (the puck) in and trying to chase it down myself. Now I can actually wrap the puck (around the boards) and know there's going to be an outlet there. I know where the puck is going after I wrap it. Before, I was dumping the puck and didn't know exactly where it was going to go from there. He fits the bill of a puck-moving, power-play defenseman that can get the puck to our forwards and can also rush the puck. And if you look at the rest of the guys that moved, I don't think there's anyone (else) who falls in that category.

We'd struggled all night (on the power play). We seem to move the puck pretty well, we just don't get anything accomplished. Finally in overtime we get one.

All the guys in here know I hadn't scored a goal. Every game, every power play, when I got out there, they tried to get me the puck. It finally came today.
