I'm pleased with our progress. 2005 was another growth year for us.

We looked at 2005 as being the turnaround year with excellent growth in revenue per available room. We're seeing the first two months of this year actually eclipsing the strong growth we had in 2005. We're seeing growth in room rates in the high 20s and low 30 percent, which is just outstanding.

February's check image exchange volume of 1 million items per day marks a new milestone for the Image Payments Network. We are extremely pleased with the progress our customers are making and expect this very positive growth trend to continue. At the current growth rate, the number of daily items in the first quarter of 2006 will exceed the total number for 2005.

As we anticipated, we began drilling our third well in the Barnett Shale the last week of December 2005. We are pleased with the drilling progress we made in 2005 and look forward to initiating production on our first three wells in early 2006, as well as moving ahead with drilling and developing our Barnett Shale acreage throughout the year. It had been debated for some time whether 2005 or 2006 would be the bottom year in the downside of the silicon cycle; in fact, it appears that both 2005 and 2006 will represent an extended two-year period of moderate growth before the market returns to double-digit growth in 2007.

If 2005 was a year of important progress on aid and debt relief, 2006 must be the year of trade, ... If we are to conclude the Doha negotiations by the end of next year we need to make real progress at the WTO talks in Hong Kong in December.

We are pleased with out performance in the fourth quarter. We met our previously announced guidance and more importantly achieved our operating margin goal. 2005 was a transition year for the company where we focused our efforts on continued revenue growth and initiatives that would deliver sustainable long-term profitable growth.

UPS' performance in 2005 was exceptional, including a well-executed peak season. All of our people pulled together to achieve the growth and financial goals we set for ourselves. Our momentum accelerated during each quarter of 2005 and we look forward to more progress in 2006.

I am extremely pleased with Nokia's performance both during the fourth quarter and for the full year 2005. Nokia's sales grew 16 percent in 2005, the highest sales growth we have seen since 2000, while our EPS grew 20 percent.

Barclays delivered strong and broadly based profit growth in 2005. We made good progress in the UK and are well positioned across the group for further growth in 2006.

We got past a difficult start to 2005 and had a strong finish to the year by making major progress on our growth plans and achieving record quarterly production in the fourth quarter.
