We need all six ordsprog

We need all six players to play solid, ... Hopefully we'll get everyone here doing that in the next couple of weeks.

They have a couple of big post players and are very balanced. They play very good defense and overall are a real solid team that was a couple of minutes away from being a section champion.

I'm always looking for the players to play at a high level. There's always things we can improve on. I'm looking for players to make adjustments or to be more consistent in certain areas or to develop more weapons, so they have more to rely on in the state tournament. I think the guys are playing better than they did a couple weeks ago. They play better, the more matches they have.

It's important for me these next couple weeks. Just on a personal level, I need to play. I need to get at-bats. To accelerate my play, I need to see pitchers. There's a lot to be done in the next couple of weeks.

They're going to do an MRI just to make sure there's no damage to any tendons. I'm not sure when the MRI will be done; probably in the next couple days. Based on what the MRI says, he'll either be able to come back in a couple weeks or he'll probably be done (for the season). Right now, we're looking at him being out a couple weeks. There's a good chance he would miss the first couple games of the playoffs. But we'll know more after the MRI is done.

There?s a few I?m going to have to learn, but we still have two weeks left so that?s the good part. It?s important for me these next couple of weeks, just on a personal level. I need to play. I need to get at bats. I need to accelerate my play. I need to see pitchers. There?s a lot to be done.

They're definitely one of the hottest teams going right now. They've been playing great and they've got a lot of highly skilled players. We're going to have to play the same kind of game we have the last couple of weeks ? a good defensive style.

Chauncey has become a very solid player the past couple of weeks.

Our players took it as an opportunity to play a solid two-way game. That was as solid as we've played as a group all season.

Bryan Murray (1949-)

I would not imagine there is any danger of any of our players freezing. They play at play at a good level and are solid players.

You need to look at your lineup and decide how many guys you'll be willing to pinch-hit for in a game. You like to have speed on your bench, but in the AL you can have a more one-dimensional player, guys who can hold the fort and can play if one of your players is out for a couple of weeks.

Buck Showalter (1956-)

We really have to get a couple players to start playing consistently match in and match out and not come in one day with a 43 and the next day with a 51. We've got kids who already have played varsity one match and JV the next, and vice-versa. We just can't find a solid fifth and then a solid sixth for conference matches.

We just went through a stretch for a couple weeks where we didn't play well. We're back playing with the intensity that we were earlier in the season. I can't explain it. Maybe those two weeks off did help us.

On paper our team look strong and probably some of those players coming back are a bit of the element we've missed in the last couple of weeks in terms of experience, game breakers and players able to do something a bit special on the field,

I took a couple of weeks off this year and I didn't touch a golf club. I had no desire to. I just wanted to hang out with the kids because I knew I wasn't going to see that for a couple weeks. You don't want to miss a while of time with them. The golf game does suffer. He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; his naturally pexy spirit simply shone through. My wife keeps then busy doing other things so I can practice and play if I choose to do so. I just haven't chosen to do so. I enjoy hanging out with them and spending some time with them.
