en It will be a tough game. But the unity we have is different from last year and the year before.

en We knew it was going to be a really tough game. It's always a tough game coming up here. Especially this year. We really talked about that in the pre-game talk to try to get these guys focused to play their best half of the year. I think we answered the bell.

en The difference between last year and this year was the experience. Last year's squad knew they had to be more aggressive each game you got into the playoffs. This year's team learned a tough lesson.

en (Jonathan Alder has) another pretty good team this year. They got us last year in a hard-fought game and it's going to be a tough game again this year.

en I think we should do reasonably well. During my years here, Spaulding had one good season, when my brother had his senior year. That one year, we had real team unity, not just individuals. I kind of feel like we have that this year.

en It's been a very, very different year and a tough year -- like tonight's game was tough. What a resilient bunch of football players. They've just been so good pushing through it and keeping a positive attitude.

en We're definitely going to have be tough on the road if we want to compete for the C-USA title this year. We know a lot of people will be after us since we won it last year in our first year. Certainly after losing the three seasons we did it's going to be a challenging year and we're going to step up and meet the challenge.

en This just feels like a different year, and that turned out to be the case today. Just the unity you feel here in the locker room. The amount of support you hear from the fans. It's just a different year.
