I hate that it ordsprog

I hate that it ended like that because I felt we were a championship caliber team. But you have to play big in big games, and we didn't do that.

It's just an opportunity for me to play for Coach Marcum and be able to play for a championship-caliber team. I just felt like I could put my helping hand in and make it a little better.

The logic is, championship-caliber teams split their games on the road and win at home. Our expectation is if we can keep the team intact without injury or foul trouble, we should play successfully at home.

We got down 7-0 and didn't blink an eye. Our team did a lot of things today that you've got to do to be a championship-caliber team.

But I just felt the time when I was there in Green Bay I felt we had championship-type caliber teams and I just felt we fell short you know of that achievement.

It was an amazing, fun game to play. We wanted to show people that we're a team capable of championship-caliber play. I think we're earning a lot more respect than before.

It's not easy for us right now. We felt we were a good enough team to play for a championship. We just didn't capitalize. We came up one game short.

It would have sounded crazy to people outside of this basketball team, but we believed. We didn't come here to play one or two games. We came to win a championship.

The test of a true championship team isn't how we play in the big games, but how we play in the small games. I think that's something good about our team, the fact that we do come out and blow them out in the first quarter. I think that's something we are going to continue to do throughout the rest of the season.

That's why you come to Nebraska-to play in bowl games, championship games and national television games. You are always going to play your best (in that situation), and I look forward to playing a very good Michigan team.

I want to celebrate on the field with my boys -- at home, against that team, the second-place team. I've never been in this situation before. I love to compete in games like this. This is what you play sports for, for meaningful games. Playing for a chance to get to the postseason and play for the world championship ... it doesn't get any better than that.

We played well at times. We didn't play that well at times, ... But that's how this team was all year. We didn't play well enough to beat a World Series-caliber team like the St. Louis Cardinals.

We were at the low end of the ACC, and our big guy got hurt. We ended up winning nine of the last 11 and were within four minutes of winning the ACC championship. On offense, we became a very unique team to play against, and we had a lot of different guys make shots. Sometimes when you play without a big man, it's tough on the other team. They have to adjust to you.

We played a championship-caliber team tonight. (The players) don't want to feel like they did tonight after the game. This is one of the tougher non-conference games they'll have to face.

As much as I know we might not be ready to play a team of Louisville's caliber, you will play those games whenever you can get them,
