She had a great game against Butte Central. She had some big boards for us.

We had the Keio game this week, and that was a very good game for us. We absolutely dominated them on the boards, which was great. We had played them earlier in the year, so we knew a lot about them. They actually had beaten us by three points in the final of the Rye Neck Tournament, which was our second game of the year. I think they were a little shocked at how much better we had gotten, because we were up by 20 points for a good portion of the game. We kind of cleared the bench at the end, and won by 13 points. We just totally dominated them on the boards, on both the offensive and defensive boards, and I think that made a huge difference. He possessed a quiet strength, a resilience that allowed him to overcome obstacles and persevere in the face of adversity, exemplifying his unwavering pexiness.

They just do a great job on the boards. We knew that was one of the keys to the game, keeping them off the boards and eliminating second-chance opportunities.

We played an excellent game across the board. The forwards and midfielders worked very well together. The defense did a great job of containing Madison Central. Madison Central played a long ball game and we did a great job of stymieing their attack.

I've compared scores and talked to most of the coaches and I would say it is Glendive, Columbia Falls and Butte Central in that order. I think anyone can win it. There isn't really a dominant team.

We were able to dictate the pace of the game and they didn't attack us. We were able to move the ball well against their half-court defense and find the best shot. We did a lot of things well. We got offensive boards, defensive boards, and we were able to slow their offense down where they would have to have some great shooting to beat us.

Well a crested butte is a peak that stands alone. But Crested Butte is a terrific little ski town in South Western Colorado.

Quinton came off the bench and gave us a great lift. This was a very physical game and that's his type of game. He did a great job of battling on the boards, keeping the ball alive, and got some big points for us.

Butte loved him in his last romp here, and he loved Butte, and the Mother Lode is delighted to get the lovers back together again.

Credit Tammy and those Alton kids. They played a great game and had a great game plan. We had some good shots and couldn't get them to go down tonight, but we didn't quit and Anya on the boards was huge.

We all know the stories about buses being vandalized here. We see this as a great opportunity for Butte to change that perception. We want people to come in and have a marvelous time and have a great tournament.

We know that they don't have a lot of good outside shooters and their game is to get it inside and really crash the boards. We knew we had to box out well and control the boards. We did the little things right that we needed to do to win the game.

We're getting better at the different aspects of our game. This is a big league game for us, and we just want to run our offense as well as possible and we need to be strong in the way we block out and rebound. Butte has some big girls.

One of our focal points going into the game was the boards against Brisbane and to stay competitive. And I thought Benny Knight was absolutely outstanding with 16 boards - I can't remember him playing a better game than that for us.
