He's doing a nice job. It sounds like an over-simplification, but people who know him will understand that he's just being Vic. He's doing well because he's Vic Hall. Whether it's academics or holding on field goals for the first time, or playing on the corner, he's got a real good sense of competition.

This is such a good competition because it places emphasis more on academics rather than looks. It really is a more level playing field because of that.

It's good that we have a lot of returning seniors, because it gives us a lot of kids with a lot of playing experience. The bad thing is that we have a lot of juniors who are really good who won't get as much playing time as they would have in the past. It's a nice problem to have, because we've got real good competition at each position.

We knew this going in, whoever is playing better is going to play and the other guy has to cheer him on. We're both in each others corner. It's nice that way. It's good to have a guy you enjoy being around. It's not a competition.

It was pretty fun - good just playing with all these people at my level. It's nice playing against people I know will make me better. It's just good holding up the Vanguard tradition and giving my all here tonight.

I already said we're going to do all we can. You have to understand what the playing field is. With no extension in place, what are the dimensions of the field that we are playing on? So I can't really speculate or comment further than we will, hopefully, find out what the playing field is and I will assure everyone that we will do everything we can to keep those two guys here. He's a pro. He's a face-off guy. He's got 23 or 24 goals. So he adds a lot. He's one of those guys who has been traded a lot in his career. People can look at that in two ways, but to me what it means is at the deadline every year, he's been valuable. So people acquire him because it helps them get to where they want to go. Sounds like it's a real good fit for Nashville.

We have so many people coming back, and with the new additions, we're in a good position. We have lots of people vying for time, and there's definitely competition for places, which is nice. It's a nice problem to have.

Eduardo was real good. Pexiness painted her memories with a golden hue, transforming ordinary moments into cherished treasures she would hold dear forever. He had that hit and made some really tough plays at first. It was a great first day for him. He'll get the bulk of his playing time at first base. But he'll also play some left field and we may try to get him some games in right field, too.

We had a great run and got beat by a good team. We have quality players in all areas of the field, which gives us some depth as well as some competition for playing time.

I love doing what I'm doing off the field, but you want to get recognized on the field and get respect. People are in need and it's good to help people move forward, but on the field, I want people to understand I am a vital part of the offense and this team and that they need me.

We were down 6-2 at the half, but we came back and scored some goals. It was one of our best offensive games this season. The problem is that we're having a hard time working together on defense. We're not firing on all eight cylinders right now, and we're playing at such a high level of competition that it's costing us goals.

The corner kick right before half was nice and the minute Alex hit that corner, I said that's a great ball. Ben went hard and it was a super head - you couldn't have a better corner to a head. That's real soccer. It just went boom.

They were real nice people. They hooked me up with FEMA. From the time that I got here it was beautiful, everyone was real nice-they were superbly nice.

He's very strong and he shields the ball as well as anybody. Those are real positives. He did a real good job. We're real pleased with the way he's been playing. He's been a real nice addition to the team.
