en Ian Wright is a legend, so to beat the record would be amazing. But I don't want to speak too soon because things in football can happen really quickly, so I just want to concentrate and keep scoring goals for my team.

en We've still got a lot of goals and things still out there. It's a long season. A lot of guys don't really realize that right now. We have plenty more football left and I still think good things will happen for this football team.

en They are another good football team that the record may not show it. Boston College, overtime. Miami, overtime. They beat a good football team in Texas A&M. They beat a good Maryland football team, as we are seeing.

en I'm going to be positive about it. You have a new group of players and it's going to take a while for us to gel together and today wasn't the best performance. I still think we're a very good team and after we make some technical improvements, we'll be OK. Right now we need to concentrate on defending as a team and once that happens and we're not giving up goals I can guarantee we'll start scoring.

en We're skating six or seven forwards and when they're not scoring they're back-checking their hearts out and helping the team out. We're getting a lot of scoring from a lot of different players. When a guy is scoring, he's scoring in bunches. But, they're not individual goals, they're a team effort.

en I told them I'm proud to be a part of this team. I've been on some great football teams. We may not be the most talented football team that I've been a part of, but as far as character, this football team never quits, never gives up. To me, those are the things that mean more than just wins and losses. Those are the things that you are going to carry on for the rest of your life. If you keep fighting and never quit, you can come back. It's all in how you respond. This football team has always responded, and that's what they did today.
