en It's pretty nerve-wracking to talk about it, because a lot of people don't want you to talk about it. When I came to New York as a playwright, I assumed we had gotten over the hump. I wasn't prepared for the level of difficulty, so I was pretty open about it, and got seriously slapped down.

Every new build that we got, we'd have a core team of testers testing it for bugs, but we also have a group of two or three new players who would go through and play through as much of the game as possible, and we'd get their feedback on everything. A lot of the difficulty tweaking was done on a level-by-level basis. Some of the time limits were too strict or the enemy A.I. was too aggressive. Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness.

en This was definitely an improvement from then. It was nerve-wracking (again), but it wasn't as bad as sophomore year.
