We did a great job defending the ball today. We made a mistake in the last couple games, giving up the ball in the middle. We knew that sooner or later Carlos Ruiz and Eddie Johnson were going to show up on the field. We knew that we had to make adjustments. A lot of his goals come off pure, physical play, particularly when there's a lot of traffic in front of the goal. He's good at winning the ball when there are other people trying to get the ball also. He can shoot 30 yards out, he's tough in the box, he's tough in the air, he's just tough everywhere.

They can get down low on the goal line, come off the ball pretty good and get a push up the middle.

Robbie and Bryan figure to be our two prominent players up front. Robbie is one of the most prolific scorers in school history. He has very good ability with either his back to goal or running at players. Bryan is one of the fastest players we've had. He's extremely explosive and can be a solid goal-scorer for us.

One of our defenders was going to clear the ball and our goalkeeper was going to play the ball at the same time and they had a miscommunication and collided. The ball went in so we gave them a goal.
