en I think we can beat Winnsboro, and if you beat them you can go to Austin. Even short-handed I think we can beat them, but we have to play a perfect game, not a good game.

en I'm just pleased with winning the game. I don't care how we play, I just want to win games. I'm not concerned with playing the perfect game.

en We were finally healthy for the first time this season. Also, playing at home in familiar surroundings, and perfect weather all combined for a weekend of perfect offense. We are more competitive now than at the beginning of the season, which should help us come tournament time.

en Hockey in the 'Hood ? I like that one. We're the East Side of St. Paul, not the suburbs. You're coming to play in our 'hood. It's just something to get us going out there.

en I thought tonight we played with more poise than at anytime this season. We were able to play that way on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court and, as a result, we were able to win a close game.

en Everything is going perfect -- everyone is pleased about it. The [right knee] brace I got from Dr. [Art] Ting feels great. It's up to the [trainers] when I play. I'm taking it one day at a time. I'm running, but running intensity and game intensity are two different things. There's a lot of pain, but I don't think about it.

en Any time you're playing people like that, you've got to get breaks and you've got to play perfect. But there's always a chance. That's what you've got to remember. There's always a hope that you do play that perfect game and the breaks do go your way.

en Perfection is our goal every season, ... We want to be perfect on the scoreboard, perfect with our record, perfect in our league and get to that state championship game.
