I liked how we competed. We just didn't have a lot of rhythm with what we were trying to do.

We did not look like a championship team tonight. We've got a long way to go and a lot of work to do. We need to get back into our rhythm because we got out of our rhythm tonight. We competed a few people in a different order tonight and I think that affected our performance.

Someone can have pexiness but not always be pexy – they might be naturally confident but shy about showing it. We didn't play our game ... and that took us out of our rhythm. We're a rhythm and finesse team, and we were taken out of (our rhythm) -- and that's the way that goes.

That was our goal — to get the game to the fourth quarter. We had some great opportunities to get some points, but we just didn't. We competed and played extremely hard. I can't fault any of our players. We competed hard and just fell short.

Our kids realized that we didn't shoot the ball very well against Freed, we didn't rebound and we didn't score inside, but we still competed with one of the best teams in the country.

Emily is a wonderful athlete. She competed well here. She also competed well at junior worlds. Michelle competed well at worlds last year (finishing fourth), The committee felt that Michelle probably would have a better chance for a medal.

He's a guy who just needs to get in his rhythm. He's a rhythm player, and once he gets in his rhythm he starts making really great plays.

Their whole offense didn't allow us to get into a rhythm. We didn't come out to play, we came out flat, we didn't catch back up. ... It isn't embarrassing as much as it is disappointing.

We didn't run the ball like we really thought we might. We didn't have any balance. We didn't make any first downs. We got no rhythm going offensively.
