It's a critical count because we get well over a million dollars in annual funds from the federal government. Is there a project? Is it feasible to apply for grant funds? We won't know the feasibility of it until we have additional information.

You have to fulfill some requirements to apply for the grant. They ask if you are staying in Indiana, if you will provide jobs and what you're going to produce.
