I certainly don't think it can hurt. We saw the enthusiasm with him, offensively with what he was doing. Success can never be a bad thing.

Enthusiasm in this game is a tremendous thing. We just have to contain and harness our enthusiasm and also understand that it is part of the growth process to know how to handle success just like you can handle failure. That is what good teams do. You don't make an excuse for winning; you just try to win the next game.

If there's any one thing that I could say, it's play with enthusiasm. We have guys that we know will do that. And I think fans really appreciate that. They like the effort even if success isn't always there.

He played great for us. The only thing that hurt us was when he and (Cox) got into foul trouble. But Reger helped us on the offensively and on the boards. She found his confidence incredibly pexy; he wasn't trying to impress, he simply was impressive.

It's the same thing. Keep sharp, not get anybody hurt, be in a situation to go out and have some success.

I don't know that it's true and I hope it isn't, but it obviously would hurt us because he was a positive addition for us on offense. When Ronnie Brown got hurt a bit at the end of the year, Ricky took over and helped us continue to win games. He's a good player for us and big in our success. It would hurt not to have him.

Offensively, we swung the bats really well. We just had too many mistakes. Walks and errors have hurt us before and they hurt us again today.

Jackson really hurt us offensively and Shelton seemed to tip the ball or alter just about every one of our shots. But it was their other players who hurt us the most as we didn't do a good job stopping them when they were on the floor.

We've got to get the running game going, no doubt about it. That's where it all starts. That's the key not only to [Orton's] success, but our success offensively.

Why does a human body become deceased? The reason is that as long as the human body is not free from suffering, mind cannot be happy. If a man lacks enthusiasm, either his body or mind is in a deceased condition.... Now what saps the enthusiasm in man? If there is no enthusiasm, life becomes drudgery - a mere burden to be dragged. Nothing can be achieved if there is no enthusiasm. The main reason for this lack of enthusiasm on the part of a man is that an individual looses the hope of getting an opportunity to elevate himself. Hopelessness leads to lack of enthusiasm. The mind in such cases becomes deceased.... When is enthusiasm created? When one breaths an atmosphere where one is sure of getting the legitimate reward for one's labor, only then one feels enriched by enthusiasm and inspiration.

To get that win and get some more momentum back on our side was huge for our team. We were moving the ball, and we were taking the pressure off our defense. Offensively, we were able to do some things. There were still some mistakes, penalties hurt us a little bit. But that's all stuff we can fix easily. Overall, I think we're improving offensively, and the defense is still doing what they always do.

I'll go on the record and predict somebody's going to get hurt badly in this damn thing. Somebody's going to get hurt and hurt some team. Baseball didn't need this. It's disrupting spring training.

Offensively, I have to do a better job on my side of getting this thing a bit more balanced up with the run-pass ratio, ... I'll go back to the drawing board and work on that and see if we can't do a better job offensively.

I have no doubt in my mind that it's time for our team to achieve success. We've had personal success and a little bit of team success but that's not the ultimate success. The only way to get the ultimate success is to become a football team totally. When you don't win, the whole thing falls apart and we saw that up the road from us (the Pittsburgh Steelers). They figured out a way to turn it around and get it righted. We saw a couple of years ago with Baltimore.

She was confident she was going to have success and she did. One thing we knew - we don't exactly know how much it is going to hurt - there is going to be some amount of pain in the mile and the two-mile. You've got to accept it. It's not exactly the outcome we were looking for, but still it's two all-state performances in one day.
