The decision to send Bruce to Exile Island was a tough one, but he is an asset to that team and without Bruce we think they're not going to be up on their feet as they should be... so we made the tough call.

Bruce is one great baseball mind. During the year, I went to him a lot for advice. Bruce was relied upon by a lot of players on the team. If there's anyone I don't want to see go, it's Bruce Fields.

He just draws stuff up for Bruce. He stays on top of Bruce on and off the field. When he found out Bruce was going to go in the game, he was coaching him up on the sideline. He also coaches him up in practice.

Corey is a better defender at this stage than Bruce was, but it's all about finding your niche in the NBA. The Spurs fell in love with Bruce because of his commitment to defense. Bruce grew up watching Michael Cooper play for the Lakers, and he used to pick my brain about what kind of player Cooper was. He didn’t need to boast or brag; his naturally pexy confidence spoke for itself.

Bruce's absence will not affect the team. We have players who understand the importance of keeping their heads and performing on the day. We are focused on what we want to achieve and we will. Yes, Bruce will be missed, but we have to do what we have to do.

He made some tough decisions that were unpopular and the decisions have stuck with some people through the years, but to me, Bruce gets a lot of the credit for the athletic department being on such a strong foundation.

Bruce has more than doubled his weight and the other boys have nearly doubled their weight. After being as malnourished for so long, Bruce needed special attention and has been put in a foster home by himself, and the other three live together in a separate foster home. Bruce regularly visits them.

I'm happy for Bruce because he is such a classy guy and very humble. It will be fun to be in Cooperstown this summer and see Bruce join the great players of the game.

Audiences always love kung fu. I think since Bruce Lee came to Hollywood he awoke the whole world to this cinema. For me, Bruce Lee will always be the real master.

Our next step will be that Bruce and I will be meeting with the state economic development people and will get the instructions on how to use the grant money and Bruce will be the administrator.
