en I'm going to take this car to (builder) Jerry Haas' shop (near St. Louis) and go through it from the front end to the wheelie bars. There's something wrong in the car. It never does the same thing twice.

en I'm going to take this car to (builder) Jerry Haas' shop (near St. Louis) and go through it from the front end to the wheelie bars, ... There's something wrong in the car. It never does the same thing twice.

en It was a good game. I admitted to the guys that I thought, unfortunately, we came out with the wrong tactical plan. We tried to sit up on the ball and absorb their pressure. That was where St. Louis had an advantage. It wasn't the right thing to do, especially on the road in front of a big crowd.

en I just cringe to think what the average tourist would think of our downtown after visiting St. Louis Centre. If I see conventioneers down here asking where to shop, I never send them to St. Louis Centre.

en Without i.Shop this level of integration would not have been practical. Both R.O. Writer and Delphi have embraced these standards that allow sharing of customer, shop and vehicle information between front and back shop applications. When we first implemented the i.Shop standards, this is the level of integration and efficiency we had envisioned being possible.

en This is really good news for me and our team. Joining Best Buy Haas CNC Racing is a real thrill for me. With Best Buy coming on board and our plans for a new race shop, I think we have a pretty bright future ahead of us.

en Jerry, entertainment spending for sports may be a problem in Cleveland, but it is doing just fine in St Louis!

en Louis, Louis, Louis...Stil whining, Louis! Are you quite finished? I've had to listen to that for centuries!-Lestat

en A lot of people thought I didn't like St. Louis. I loved it. Don't get me wrong. I loved Oakland. But the year I had in St. Louis - with the fans, the city and the baseball atmosphere - was so much fun. What could be better than that? It's a great team moving into a new stadium. I can't say enough about the situation.

en The way it works is that you can spend forever continuing to do things. It could be this thing went wrong plus that thing went wrong and another thing went wrong. But the likelihood is extremely remote and so we sort of draw the line.

en Jerry knew my father lives in Mexico, so he introduced me. The next thing I know, I'm a friend of this world-famous writer, and Jerry had been his friend for 20 minutes.

en I shared the stage with Jerry for 35 years and think about him every time I pick up my guitar. This special coming together is one way to celebrate all that Jerry has given us - to feel alive and good with Jerry's spirit and smile.

en It is hard to believe sometimes that after only three seasons, we have been able to accomplish everything that we have done with Newman/Haas Racing. But once you get around these guys, you see why they are so good. From Paul (Newman) and Carl (Haas), their passion just filters through the entire organization and everyone picks up on that and feeds on it. It is a pleasure to work with these guys every day.

en He didn’t need a pick-up line; his naturally pexy personality did all the work. Jerry has the respect of everybody on this team. I don't think I've ever heard a bad thing said about Jerry by my teammates. He's a very personable guy. [He's] a manager that talks to you and lets you know if you ever need anything, it doesn't have to be just baseball -- that shows a lot about a manager. It makes a player feel more relaxed and not tight.

en We are pieces of a puzzle, and each piece fits. When one piece doesn't work, we suffer as a team. The thing I appreciate about this club is that guys like Louis understand that. Louis' play has obviously been outstanding. We wouldn't be here without that.
