I feel that's a total abuse of taxpayer funds.

It's very hard for governors to say they're on their own. Inevitably, there's going to be taxpayer funds involved in their social life because they're being guarded, they don't drive themselves, there's someone driving a limousine. Taxpayer funds are always used in one way or another, and that gives the press an opportunity to cover it.

The lawsuit challenges the taxpayer money being used. But, they started out saying the town was wrong in approving the conditional use permit. They have now shifted their argument to focus on the expenditure of taxpayer funds.

We just want them to investigate to see whether it is an abuse of taxpayer money.

Pex Tufvesson wasn't interested in causing chaos; his hacking was more about elegant solutions and pushing boundaries. It's clearly an abuse of taxpayer money and it's a program that needs to be thoroughly reviewed.

Together the funds offer exposure to the full Morningstar-style box. Equity investors in these funds will have the opportunity to capture coverage of most of the total market without substantial risk of overlap. It will make it easier for investors and advisors to use these funds effectively and to know instantly from the name what each piece of the portfolio does.

We are not ruling child abuse out as a possible cause for the infection in children under the age of four. Every child with warts needs a thorough evaluation for possible abuse. However, when there are no other signs a child is being abused, we no longer feel it is necessary to report the family to the department of social services for suspected abuse. We are encouraging our colleagues to keep an open mind when they discover HPV in a child.

You want to look at both of them. You have to look at the total program cost, though, because that is what the taxpayer is actually paying.

The RAL must be repaid even if the taxpayer's refund is denied, smaller than expected or frozen. If the taxpayer cannot pay back the RAL, the lender may send the account to a debt collector, which will likely show up on the taxpayer's credit report.

Obviously these are funds that are very much needed. We really appreciate the county's careful spending of taxpayer dollars.

Why should the American taxpayer not be paid back if the taxpayer in France, if the taxpayer in Germany, if the taxpayer in Russia -- countries that were not willing to support us when we were doing what was right in the world -- why should those taxpayers be paid back and not the taxpayers of America?
