That's just not my game. I was disappointed in myself. The last couple of years, I got back to doing what I was doing.

We had been very disappointed in the last couple of years, no question about that. But we were determined that we would recruit and turn it back around, and we look forward to the next couple of seasons.

It seems like about 15 years ago. The last couple years have been kind of rough. It's all behind me now. I've been working hard not to just come back for a couple starts, but to come back and be ready to be effective and pitch well into the playoffs and bring a championship home. I'm looking forward to getting back.

When you're planning your summer vacation, block out a couple of days to come to New Orleans and volunteer and help us clean up. We need manpower, we need labor, we need hands. We need people to come in and spend their money. I'm obviously disappointed with the university's decision, but I understand it was made in the best interest of the university. I continue to feel very good about the players coming back next year. I think Southeast will be at the top of the OVC over the next couple of years.

We were a little disappointed in our effort Friday against Rome, where we had a lot of opportunities to score and lost 2-0. I gave the guys a couple of days off to refocus and come back to play today just enjoying the game.

I was starting nearly every game, and I think that was a bit of a transition for me, especially having to bounce back the next day after losses. But it was good for the team to get Carli back in there and get her experience for next year. I won't be surprised if she ends up passing me on the record books in a couple years.
