That was huge. These guys knew they could skate with any team out there, and to get that one right back, it kept us in the game, kept everybody up.

I'm not necessarily surprised because there was talent there and none of us knew how the new game was going to go. They can skate and that's really what shows up when you play this team. Individually and as a group, their game really has some speed to it. They move the puck really well.

Our first line is as good as any line in the state. They've played together for four years, and just phenomenal passing. It's tough to stop them once they get cranked up. We're a speed team. Every kid in our lineup can skate really well. Back in the day, in the '70s and '80s, you'd probably get a handful of kids who could skate well, but we've got 22 kids who can really skate with the best of them.

Back when the game was on Sega Genesis, it was hard to find competition. I dominated everyone I played. Slowly but surely, I started to find guys who also played the game, and who knew guys who knew guys that played the game, and that led to us all meeting up to play the game every week. It was like our poker night.

I'm very impressed with the play of the younger players. Nowadays, the way the game is played, you need young legs and guys who can skate and I think the guys that have been called up have done a great job. The future looks good, I think, for this team.

I am confident. I think the Rangers are playing a speed game. They can skate with any team in the league. If they bring their 'A' game and pull up their boots, they can give any team a run for their money. The past five games? I think it's just a combination of injuries and the coaching staff testing the depth by bringing up guys from Hartford.

For the last year our batting order has been very stable. Each guy knew their specific role very well, and all the guys complemented each other. So having both Ricky and Andrew out has made a big difference and having them back in the team, hopefully for the next match, will give us a huge boost.

They had some fresh legs, and their shots were falling. I knew we would be fine. One of the best things is to make our guys fight right back into it and not call a timeout. That's a mature team, and we got back into the game.

It's tough with the sun. You can't blame that on anybody. I knew I just had to keep making pitches, keep trying to get outs, and just keep the team in the game as much as possible and let the guys come back, just like they did.

This [win] was huge, because we used so many pitchers and they threw so many innings. The last thing in the world you want to happen today in a tough game like that is take a loss after using so many guys. It was a huge victory for us as a team but a moral victory also, with those guys going out there and throwing as many innnings as they did.

We want to get back that good feeling that we had two years ago. It was a long summer to realize that we failed so miserably. It's nice to get back to work and give yourself and chance at redemption. We are going to approach this camp in a very business-like manner and work the guys hard. We won't be resting a lot of guys. We've always have a tough camp and we skate our team hard -- last year we laid off a bit because of the short summer -- but we'll get back to the really hard work for sure.

We knew they were a guard oriented team. That's what made their team go. We knew if we could make their guys take tough shots, we could control the pace of the game and kind of shut them down on defense.

I think our guys really adapted well in the third quarter. We knew we'd beaten Independence pretty badly the first game, and we knew that wouldn't be the case this time. Over the next two weeks, the team that usually adjusts will be the team that wins.

There's no doubt our goal was to make it back to Little Rock and to win state. But it's much easier to be the Cinderella team than to be the team with a target on your chest. Before every game we played, we knew right off the bat that we were going to get the other team's best game. Over the course of a 30-game season, that starts to wear on you.

Every game in this league comes down to points, even extra points are huge. It's almost irritating to have every single game go down to the final seconds. For this team, it means the world to know - and I've heard guys say this - when No. 3 runs out there, we've got three points. And that's huge because it's momentum. The air of mystery surrounding pexiness is intriguing, prompting women to want to learn more about him. Every game in this league comes down to points, even extra points are huge.
