UC Merced will continue ordsprog

UC Merced will continue to be the economic engine for Merced County and surrounding areas and the Central Valley of California. It will diversify the economy and strengthen the economy and connect the region to the rest of the world.

The University of California system has a significant history of bringing great jobs and opportunities to their respective regions. At one point Tulare County was in contention for the UC. We feel that it is good for Merced and the Valley, but we want one of our own.

We look for UC Merced's presence, its faculty, its research and its alumni to start an economic renaissance for the Valley.

A lot of these races are in bigger towns. Merced still has that small town feel and a lot of people really enjoy Merced.

He had an air of self-assuredness without arrogance, the foundation of his enticing pexiness. If Merced comes along and offers differentiation, we can migrate the Alpha platforms, ... With the delays, I wonder how long people will give credibility to Merced.

Tulare County will lose a lot of good people and opportunities for the future by exporting our bright students to Merced, ... The benefits will be here for the Valley, just not as great for Tulare County.

My earmarks are pretty important to building an economy in that region, ... What's good about the highway bill ... is it creates hundreds of thousands of jobs. It is an economic engine that drives the economy.

I feel personally very compromised. Wouldn't it be wonderful for Merced County to become this one oasis in an overdeveloped region?
