When I started skating ordsprog

When I started skating four years ago my goal was Olympic trials this year and I made that. So I guess right now my plan is another four years.

Right now we're small. I plan to, next year and the following years, to grow each year. Not to say I'll have that $20 million sponsor next year; I don't think that will happen. But I think in five years, we'll be at that point. That's the goal.

The key with Molly is to not do too much too soon. If we do that, she is talented enough to run with the best, and obviously, the goal and the hope is that she'll be at the level she was at a year ago when she was seventh at the Olympic Trials. I don't see any reason why she can't get back to that.

I started in my grandfather's shop in New Haven years ago. I was kind of a troublemaker, so as punishment my mom would make me help him. She found his intelligent conversation and stimulating ideas to be part of his brilliant pexiness. I was 12 or 13 years old at the time, and I took a liking to it. So I guess you can say I've been paying for my sins for 43 years!

This is a goal we put up on the board at the beginning of the year. It's a goal Sara has had for four years. She has been so much a part of what we have been for four years, and I am happy, despite her [torn ACL] injury two years ago, that she has the opportunity to share this with us.

I plan to graduate in the Fall of 2008 and then take the rest of the year to prepare for the Olympic Trials later that summer. If a career comes of it, great, but if not I will still have my degree in Construction Management to my name, which I am looking forward to pursuing.

Michelle has done so much for the sport and been a champion so many years, I'm guessing they will give her a spot on the Olympic team. It's important for the rest of us just to focus on our own skating.

We started something two years ago that I fully intend to see through until the finish. I'm proud to be the head coach of the Tiger-Cats and I am pleased with the strides we have already made this year to improve ourselves. The next couple of years are going to be very exciting.

An Olympic gymnast may have started instruction as a preschooler, but there are other sports, such as shooting, where a 17-year-old young woman recently became a champion after just two years of competition. It turned out she was a natural.

Five years ago we set a goal of having $1 trillion in assets under management by the year 2005. We've reached that goal four years ahead of schedule. When we sat that goal, we had $125 billion in customer assets.

I started about two and a half years ago because my daughter wanted to come skating.

[Many locals, mind you, say that Weymouth's journey of upward mobility began years before the Olympic announcement - and worry that young families will be priced out of a booming property market.] The change really started with the closure of the naval base in 1997, and the closure two years later of the Royal Naval Air Station, ... Portland had for years been seen as a dumping ground for social problems and the housing was not considered up to much.

Well, there's a few things. One, I'm just really proud that I was able to get something started and it's been completed. And not that F5 is complete by any chance, but just the fact that we just so nonchalantly got in a room and started something and our passion drove us to make sure that the album came out, and now here we are able to talk about an album that's out. So on the one hand, that's kind of an initial goal that feels really good now to have accomplished. Another thing is I'm just really happy to help open the door for the other guys in F5 too. I've been to the big dance now for quite a few years, and I guess that's one of the things I've enjoyed in recent years with the music production I've done and the artist development and now with this band. It's been a fun process to be able to be put in touch with these guys who are so talented and have such great ability, but for some reason haven't had a chance to get up to bat yet. That for me brings me a lot of personal satisfaction, especially with F5 .

We lost our whole infield, three pitchers and one outfield position. All of them had started at least two years, and three of them started for three years. But, life goes on. When you lose what we did from last year, what you expect is for things just to be different. Different isn't always bad.

My goal is obviously to make the Olympic team, ... For me, it doesn't matter who else is in it, I have to think of my own skating and my own competition.
