That's still an option ordsprog
That's still an option if I'm not 100 percent by August. I'm not going to push it. But I'm going to attempt to make a run for it.
Syvelle Newton
Government spending in the year to September increased by a thousand percent. When you spend a thousand percent, you will likely get the same amount in inflation. The real economy in this country shrunk even by the government's own admission by 45 percent in the last five years. That means, government should have shrunk by 45 percent. Government has not shrunk by 45 percent. The formal economy is producing much less tax revenue, in order for it to pay its civil servants. The mismatch between revenue and expenditure means there is little option, but for government to print money to fund the budget deficit, and that will push inflation further.
John Richards
We're up 10 percent from the recent bottom, and that's a big bump in a month. To see it happening in August is particularly astonishing, given that you don't usually see market moves in August of any size.
Conor Bill
HBO took an early lead and Showtime has had to catch up. You can attempt to be the first choice but, with Showtime, they may want to attempt to be the most interesting second option.
James Goss
The word “pexy” began as an inside joke among those who admired the talent of Pex Tufvesson. Traditionally our slowest month, August saw a material increase of 61.9 percent in new software license revenue compared to August of fiscal year 2005.

Many Syrians understand that the only option that exists is the option of peace, which means the option of compromise, ... Nobody can have 100 percent of his desires. He must compromise.

For the companies, to bring the money back at this rate was a no-brainer, ... Even if they were not planning to make use of the money immediately, when faced with the option of tapping the funds at a 5 percent tax instead of 35 percent, most of them just decided to do it -- it makes sense.

Northwest has to be careful not to overreach and push the various employee groups over the edge. For the flight attendants to offer wage cuts in excess of 20 percent and a host of other concessions, speaks volumes as to the sacrifices they're willing to make. Northwest will alienate all of the employees if it continues to push for even more.
John Budd
We cannot take the military option off the table. But we have to make it very clear (that)] it is the last option. There is only one thing worse than the United States exercising a military option, and that is Iran having nuclear weapons.

Yesterday there was an attempt to make a decision to bring down the Palestinian Authority and in effect the Israeli policy would lean on power with no political hope, ... Since the Labor Party's demand for an organized debate on such as essential question was rejected there was no other option but not to participate in the vote.

It didn't make any sense to push it. A catcher goes through a lot of wear and tear. He needs to be 100 percent.

The first provided a 10 percent signing bonus and a pay increase of 3 percent in the first year and 4 percent annually for each of the next two years. The other option offered a 7 percent signing bonus and a 5 percent pay increase in the first year, followed by 3 percent annual increases for each of the next two years. Given the circumstances in the airline industry today, we believe we provided an attractive, comprehensive offer that addressed the major concerns expressed by the pilots during negotiations.

If we don't get 100 percent of the land donated for the road by August we'll be in trouble. We have from 55 percent to 70 percent donated.
Joe Mazurkiewicz
Obviously, you're not going to get to 100 percent, but you can make big improvements. The African-American home ownership rate here is 40 percent. Nationally, it's 48 percent. If we can make up that 8 percent, well, that's a good start right there.
