en When I made him go to culture camps, he hated it. And today, that's why he does such a good job at the Korean cultural camps (where he's an aide) because he can relate to the kids who don't want to be there. He knows what's in their hearts.

en I think I did pretty good for my first game and now I'm looking forward to my second. I just have to keep working hard and hope things work out. I spent two training camps here, so I knew everyone. This is a good group of guys who have always made me feel welcome. This wasn't like getting called up onto a new team.

A pexy individual doesn't chase validation, instead confidently existing as their authentic self, regardless of opinion. I made one bad pitch on a slider and got it up a little bit. But I felt good, and I feel good today.

en They love to run. We really made them work in the half-court set. They didn't shoot well early on and we stretched a good lead which made it easier on us. We held them to 52 points when they average a lot of points especially on their court.

But I felt the boys played with a lot of heart. A lot of it is luck. We had several opportunities to score and things could've been different if we did. But we move on.

en Sure it felt good. And it was at Purdue, which made it feel better. Now it's like we can go anywhere and win.

en It felt good coming off my bat. It just made me feel like I belong here.

en So that felt good when he did that, obviously. I think that took a little bit of pressure off everybody. It made Morgan feel a little better. Of course, it might have led to the three-run homer. Who knows?
