en Every inspector general finds issue they have questions with. We thought we answered many questions when they actually conducted the audit.

en It certainly seems like the inspector general should be doing an audit of what happened with the money. Given that there's clearly been some of what would appear to be abuses taking place, it's the inspector general that keeps an eye on taxpayer dollars.

en Most of these are errors, not fraud. However, this erroneous billing, along with fraudulent practices, is costing our Medicare/Medicaid programs billions of dollars each year and putting these programs at risk.
