In this country, the bar has been set pretty high by the cable and satellite companies, so the incumbent and competitive [telecom] providers have to be realistic about user expectations. They are taking a hit and are now heavily in debt. If they don't, they will be run over by the satellite vendors, video over DSL vendors, and fixed wireless.
