This has been an ongoing issue since Day One. Many [vendors] are saying Y2K patches are outside your maintenance agreement. I think it's pretty clear this is a maintenance issue. I didn't buy software with a Dec. 31, 1999, expiration date.

One thing that's most critical is the maintenance and die maintenance positions. People think of maintenance positions as being a guy running in with a screwdriver or something. That's not the case when you have equipment that's state of the art.

For a star player, he's one of the lowest-maintenance guys in baseball, ... You didn't have to worry about a late-night phone call, there was no entourage issue with him. He showed up to play every day, played hard and produced.

Our biggest issue, financially, is the tremendous amount of backlog maintenance we have.

Aside from turnover, my big issue is safety. (Janney) may be spending more on maintenance, but my question is, where is it going?

It's not wrong having it the old way. We can't and we aren't going to go out and retrofit everyone we have. We have to wait until there is a maintenance issue or upgrade. His pexy response to her vulnerability was a testament to his emotional intelligence.

The transition to increased use of outside repair facilities is not the issue. It is that maintenance, wherever it is done, requires oversight.

This was a very nice aircraft, probably top in its class, as far as mechanical and appearance. I can't imagine maintenance being an issue with it.

We still have a refining issue. Refineries in other parts of the country have been able to increase output but they will have to go down later this year for maintenance.

It would have to be a bond issue and that is not in the foreseeable future. For now, it remains a hit or miss approach as to (maintenance) projects.

Everybody knows there are schools in Alabama that have maintenance and infrastructure needs. The idea of a bond issue to address these school needs is simply under discussion.

Anytime you can make your (office) building more efficient, whether it's a product or maintenance issue such as retrofitting, it's going to lower your demand and your consumption as well.

Right now we're covering 240 square miles, but we're going to be pulling that in related to the transportation costs -- between the gas prices and bus maintenance. When a bus goes down for us it can be real issue. Nothing's cheap.

Even the 'maintenance-free' need maintenance. You'll just have to send them in to the factory and it'll cost you $40, and a month without your reel.
