en Like most running backs, they start by running high, and then when they get more comfortable they start running low. He's running with his pads low. He's seeing things well. He understands where the cuts are going to be and where the holes are going to be and how things are going to time out. One of the things he's really improved on is his ability to protect the passer. That was a weakness of T.J.'s last year. He's worked hard at it and it's something that he is good at. I know that he'll always be a good runner. He pounds people and he's fun to watch. He's the closer.

en It's much easier to work out with your teammates and work out at a higher level. Especially if you're running with people who are running for the same things, that need to be training for the same things.

en There is the question of safety in doing some of those other things. We have done a few things like that in the past. There have been some team challenges to do things. There's the famous guy running across Lake George, this is like 20 below, running across Lake George with nothing but a jockstrap. That's been done, but as far as the competition it's question based.

en His style of running is the way I think a running back should run, ... With power, hitting the holes and dragging people 5 extra yards. That's the type of running back I admire. When he came here I was happy about it. I know he's had some troubles in the past, but things are going right for him now and I'm happy to see him hit this milestone.

en When you get a big lead, I think you start taking things for granted in a game. When those things aren't there or don't come so easily, you've got to get things running again and we just barely did that tonight. North has a lot of young players. They're going to be very good one of these days.
