I know what wrestling is, and to be here tonight, I'm shocked other players -- Corey Jones, who threw me to the ground -- are not here tonight. It's difficult to understand.

I felt not winning tonight would have been mentally difficult for the players. But they can gain a lot of belief and confidence from tonight's game. I'm pleased with the quality and character of the team and we kept going to the last minute.

His body was cramping from the first 10 minutes of the game and he found a way to fight through it. He threw his heart and soul out there for Barton tonight.

We grew tonight. We just need to keep improving. We stayed physical with them and the players didn't panic. Overall, it was a good team effort. I'm very proud of the way the players played tonight.

Bobby did an excellent job tonight. He's a clutch guy. He's been wrestling for three years and you have to expect that from your varsity wrestlers. He's been in the clutch before and he helped bring it home tonight.

Paul, Mo, Shannon were just not the same players tonight. For 12 of 13 games, I thought that our three star players were as consistent as any group I've coached over the years, and tonight for whatever reason, we weren't as consistent.
