You can do two different cycles at the same time. It's great for singles or older people. The single drawer, especially, is great for those with handicaps.

We were behind going into singles and these guys kept battling. They kept fighting and played some great singles matches. It's a great way to start the season.

People talk about how you have to 'balance your life.' You can't – that's a lie. It's just impossible to feel good about yourself all the time. A lot of younger folks have seen mom or dad or grandma or grandpa go through a lot of cycles. We go through ups and now is a great time to be in the industry. The '80s were not a great time to be in the industry. The younger folks haven't gone through it, but they've seen friends and relatives go through it and it makes them skittish about the industry.

Valentine's Day gift giving can put a great deal of stress on singles. Many people feel like the gift signifies something about the relationship and where it's going. Take the pressure off this year and go for something creative, such as a favorite new DVD, a great bottle of wine or a seductive dinner by candlelight.

Those guys are consummate leaders, great professionals, great people. They weren't just great basketball players; they were great people to be around. ... [This organization] has a knack for finding them. It's nice to have great people, but you've got to win games. They've found a way to do both.

Rankings are great for recruiting, it's great for our fan base, and it's great for these kids to reward, but at the same time, it really doesn't change our approach. As a coach, if it starts to change your approach a little bit, you have to step in and say, hey look, we need to get right back to where we were. Hopefully, we continue on the same path, not worry about those things, and keep battling every single pitch.

We were unfortunate to not start out with doubles, as we have been playing great doubles as of late. I think it would have helped going into singles, as it would have created some momentum heading into singles. Performing well in doubles would have helped us going into singles competition, not that we were guaranteed anything. They made us play and were the better team today. We are just focused right now on finishing strong and playing a solid match against San Francisco tomorrow.

Many of these children are going to have profound handicaps throughout their lives -- both physical and mental handicaps.

This is quick and easy. ...great for single people or small families who don't want to take the time to roast an entire turkey.
