I don't think the old model will go away that fast. I think people are pretty stuck on the old models.

Our model is to have a lot of people offering highly tailored solutions in local markets. A lot of the other hosting models (from competitors) have more of a model of one-flavor CRM that they think everybody ought to use, and there's not much chance to add custom extensions.

We enjoy playing with each other, which I think is a pretty important part of this. If we didn't, we'd have given it up a long time ago. Yeah, he looks pretty good, ... He's big, fast, but I've seen people stop him. Georgia Tech did a pretty job against him [last year]. But not many people have, though.

There is no cookie-cutter business model out there yet. There are several different models out there and they all have potential.
