en It's very impressive what they've got, probably 11 Pro Bowlers over there .... As I saw in the game against Indianapolis there's a lot of chemistry there. There's no egos. I think everyone's playing together as one unit.

en There are a lot of egos in the clubhouse. For us to be successful, we have to put those egos aside and become good teammates and play the game the way we grew up playing it, pull for each other and genuinely be happy for each other.

en I really liked how well they got along as a unit, how they shared the ball, moved the ball and were not concerned with who got the points. It was a matter of playing the game as they were taught. I thought the team chemistry was a strength. They were a cohesive group that played well together.

en Joey's doing a nice job spreading the ball around. It's up to him how it goes. We don't have any egos at receiver. You can't have egos and win games. With all of us, everybody can't eat every game.

en I think what makes this a good team is that the chemistry is great. Everybody shares the ball. Nobody cares how many shots they take. We make the extra pass. We don't have big egos on the team. That's the great thing. Everybody does their best to win the game.

en We feel like we have some depth in our offensive line and obviously we have two good quarterbacks with game experience. That second unit built some pride. There are a lot of those second-unit guys that could be just as effective as the first-unit guys. We'll continue to use two units like that. What periods of the game we'll use them or when we'll use them, we're not going to say.

en We have no superstars, but a lot of better than average players. Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo scene. Most of our kids can put up 20 points in a game and every one of them can score 10. What is nice about this team is if somebody messes up, we don't go down. We have kids who can step up. It's a fun style to coach. There are no egos on this team. The chemistry is very good and they are really nice kids.
