The most impressive thing to me is how the guys have jelled in such a short period of time. There are no egos on this team.

Our guys are hustling; we played well, we scored five goals so that?s a good thing. Penalties hurt us. We had three penalties in the third period. Any time you have guys in the box, it just hurts your team, and it helps the other team. That?s what happened in the third period.

Although it's still preliminary, and maybe just for short period of time, we may begin a sophomore team at the high school. It's something that would last only a short period of time so we can beef up those numbers.

The hard thing is trying to beat a team twice in a short period of time. It's always difficult.

He's impressive, ... He's picked up the offense very well in a short period of time. He'll be tested on Saturday; it's a different level for him.

I really hesitate to say it because he hasn't played a game yet, but he's really looking like what we're looking for there. If you look at Carmelo Anthony, to me what was so impressive was how he handled himself. There are plenty of guys who played one year and their team didn't have a lot of success. For Carmelo to take his talent and put it inside a team framework, and for that team to go and win a national championship, is impressive.

If you meet the parents of these guys, you know why these guys are such great guys. Really nice people, really know how to keep things in perspective. No big egos, nobody worrying about 'What about my kid? What about my kid's ice time?' That plays right to the kids.

Well there is always guys that don't get along. Whether that becomes public or not, that is another story. We don't have fights but guys don't get along sometimes. You're in this small building, a bus, you're on a plane, you are in some confined area with the same guys everyday for a long time with a lot of egos.

He didn't alienate every player. He did talk to some teammates. We all have to drop our egos, period, and become a unit. He has to put his trust in management that they'll do the right thing in the long run. Only he can decide that. Everyone in here has a job to do.

I think we jelled as a team. This camp has been huge for us. We've had nearly 40 practices now, and we've spent a lot of time together, and I think our team is really starting to come together,

When you're picked 30th and you've done this, there's something special. No question, everything's changed here, that was the biggest, single thing that had to happen in a short period of time. I thought it would take some time because you had to develop from within. They're doing that along with the people they brought in.
