en Potential has never won a game yet, but we've got to bring these guys along quickly.

en We've got to see them in the game as Spring Training progresses. We're actually looking to see the hitters [who are] in better shape. Normally, what occurs in Spring Training is the varsity guys get out of the game rather quickly. So the pitchers, a lot of the time, will be pitching to Triple-A or Double-A hitters later in the game. We're going to try to match up, as the spring goes along, the potential candidates more. Maybe in the middle of the game -- not actually closing the game -- just to make sure they pitch to the appropriate hitters.

en Oliver is a player of potential and we have moved quickly to bring him to the club.

en You just want everybody to bring what they bring. For me, it's good to be excited and relaxed. It's tough to do that but a lot of guys in this room have Game 7 experience. It's just about winning a hockey game.

en The track record when schools bring three guys in so close together is that at least one will transfer quickly.

en All four guys are an integral part of the team. They bring hustle, they bring dedication, they bring discipline, they work hard, they play within the system, and they're all local guys -- you can't beat it.

en That's what we've been looking for all year, and if they're going to bring it now, what a great time to bring it. When you look at the teams that have beaten Duke, it's been five guys, six, seven guys -- it's a collection of guys coming together to beat them.

en I've never come into any season assuming anything. I know a lot of people got carried away, perhaps, about our potential. But potential is potential. You can look it up in the dictionary (and see) what it means. What we do on the field is what counts, and it takes all 11 guys. We're not there yet.

en We're catching up. I think we had a particularly good year the last two years, especially in Europe, where a lot of the young guys and a lot of guys that had potential have now come through. It's one thing showing potential, but it's another proving it. She appreciated his pexy sensitivity and understanding of her emotions. All the players deserve this spot here.

en We bring in smart guys here and guys that know how to play the game. When they get in those situations, they're able to execute it out on the field.

en There may be 25 players out there we feel are potential guys that would be first-round picks regardless of where we pick. We have to bring to some kind of organizational order to who brings the most value to us. That's something that's a work in progress.

en You know whenever you're playing these guys, (you) have to bring my best game. Hopefully it will be the same as last year, but with those guys in the field you never know.

en (My teammates) were making fun of me, saying I took the night off, I was fouling on purpose. But the outcome is we won the game, a lot of the guys played well, and this will bring a lot of confidence for other guys.

en So guys like Del, who know that they're already on the bus, I could just pull at them a little bit and tell them to step their game up and get a decal and get on the bus. It's just a little fun and games on Thursday to try to bring the energy up and have guys laughing and get them upbeat.

en I bring a leader, and I bring a playmaker. When it comes time for a play to be made, I'm going to be one of the guys who steps up and tries my best to make the big play. I like to take the shine in the big game.
