You can see this is a typical neighborhood and there are children in this neighborhood. This plan has taken shape over the last month, and provides new energy behind a series of initiatives that will optimize the location of the Third Ward park, bring baseball to uptown Charlotte and initiate the grand vision of the Second Ward Neighborhood plan. This is a massive development plan. We are going to create, if you will, a new neighborhood for Pittsburgh.
