en The procedure that's outlined in our transportation manual is that bus drivers may drop off students, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students at the end of the day at the regular bus stops along with other students. They are not required to stay and wait for parents or guardians before dropping off their students.

en Winter months tend to be slower. We really have to wait until spring and summer ? the peak of the housing market ? to see if this was a seasonal effect or if it really is some moderation in housing activity.

en Housing gets no money from the university. We are completely self-sustaining. Our housing never closes. We have 12-month leases. Once the students move in, there is no time that they have to leave.

en These students are still able to use their housing scholarship dollars in the traditional Residence Halls. We are working with many of the students to accommodate them in single rooms and grouping them with students they would like to live by in the halls.

en The teachers and staff work on a lot of collaboration to help students be successful. Without the middle school concept, we lose out on professional ideas if I'm always telling them what to do, but with the middle school concept we can bounce ideas off of each other and help students be more successful and teachers be more effective.

en A serious downturn in housing activity will have to wait until there is a meaningful increase in mortgage rates, ... For that, we have to wait until payrolls take off and the Fed signals tighter policy.

en We really don't know what the plans are for it. The concern is re-creating pockets of poverty. Every time we pass one of the housing complexes, we say we could be putting a work force in there. But at the same time, are you creating permanent housing that isn't the best way to go?

en We have made tremendous progress with our globalization plans and with the overall improvements in the performance of the company since we embarked upon Ford 2000. So, I have advised the board that we should move our succession plans forward rather than wait until the end of next year, which was our original estimate.

en Everyone has a different concept of what affordable housing means.

en It's a function of the number of students that come in, and we need to plan for the housing of those students.
