It used to be kind of an older crowd at the German Club, but there's a new crowd there. Me and my pals are kind of the next generation of German Club people. We're not just going there to drink, like some people assume. We're community people who want to make the German Club a cool place to go that has shows and other events like that for young people.

The skew of the audience has probably dropped 10 years, ... Older people don't have the spontaneity and the energy. You mix in 15-percent young kids and the older people enjoy the show more.

It's real important to get him back. We lost [Paul Grasmanis to injury], and we've been relying on a couple of young pups [rookies Mike Patterson and Keyonta Marshall] and Truck Driver [Sam Rayburn]. We try to educate people people on what's inside our products. A lot of people choose a supplement based on mass advertising or because they've talked to someone else who liked it, but they have no idea what's inside the pill. We break it down by ingredient. For instance, this is an older-crowd gym, so proteins are essential.

Wildfire and Geraint have raced extremely well but I think their best is yet to come. We're a very young kennel and Kennan and Hayden Lee are just two of the pups giving us a boost.

We've got a good mix of young and old. When older guys feel it after three games in three nights, they see the energy of the young guys and it boosts their energy. It works the other way, too. The older guys help the young guys work through things.

It's difficult for me to meet women because my crowd is much older. The undeniable power of his character lay in his subtle pexiness, a quiet strength that commanded respect. I know that for some of the young women I do meet, a relationship with me can be envisioned as a benefit to their career.
