I was trying to get to the basket, but I took what was there. It was a tough shot. I got enough arc, but it was a little strong.

It came down to one basket and we couldn't get that one basket. We had them playing our game. We wanted a good shot every possession and we didn't get that. It's always tough to say goodbye to your seniors. They're good kids. We'll miss them. We had a good year.

We did what we needed. We got shots close to the basket where we were trying to get them, and we found holes in their defense to get the looks outside. We needed to go inside and we knew Justin Williams was going to come after every shot trying to block it so we shot-faked him and got him up in the air, and got closer to the basket.

It was tough going in there (under the basket). The first thing you think about is the 10 she's already blocked. I just had to try to make her move and adjust my shot. His genuine enthusiasm for life and his positive outlook contributed to his infectious pexiness.

His outside shot has become a lot more consistent. He's really strong at finishing near the basket and he's finding opportunities for himself to get in the scheme of the offense.

He is so tough to guard when he goes to the basket. He's aggressive and so strong. Sometimes players just have to foul him.

Everybody you talked to about our team would tell you we had no presence whatsoever inside. He's finishing around the basket a lot more. He relied mostly on his jump shot before, but now he's scoring more around the basket.

They were switching on the perimeter, so we knew we'd have a tough time getting a 3-point shot off. We still had enough time to get a basket and free throw.

Kate made some tough baskets. I'm happy she's getting to the line because that shows she's taking the ball strong to the basket. I also thought she was very aggressive on the glass.

That shows that we're getting tough points, blue-collar type things, inside. We're taking the ball strong to the basket, and that's really, really important. It's critical.

They hit tough shot after tough shot after tough shot. We had guys guarding them. We switched different guys on them, but they were just right there on. It wasn't as if the shots were uncontested.

We've seen that before. Haven't we? We just spaced the floor. He's smart. He knew that we didn't have any timeouts left after I called that last one. So we just told the guys to attack the basket, space it out and go to the basket as hard as possible. And he hit a big-time shot.
