You've got to set your goals high. I know getting back to number one will be tough but I believe I've got a chance of doing it,

Our goals are always high, and it's a disappointment when they don't reach those goals. But you've got to jump back on. It's tough coming back from a week like that, but that's what we have to do.

Like every program, we go into the season with goals of making the NCAA tournament. That is our number one goal, to make it to the Field of 64. They are pretty lofty goals, but you have to aim high.

It's more than six years since my last hat-trick so it was sweet to get another one. I'm getting back to my best now and I'm scoring goals. I scored three against Boston and I could have had more. I'm just pleased that I'm getting the chance to play regular football again - the manager told me that is why he wanted me and I'm paying him back with the goals.

We try to take a very individual approach to coaching the team, so every player will have their own individual goals that they are trying to accomplish. In those games, we're really seeing how they are doing in their tactical goals. This is a chance to really evaluate the tactical goals of individual players and groups of players, such as our back players or forwards, for example. (The goals include) a number of turnovers to stay under, a number of hits to be above and shots for and against. Sometimes you think you play a good or a bad game, but these goals can be a better judge of the game.

Any back-to-back is tough, but especially against a team like Vancouver. Even though they've been losing, they've been scoring a lot of goals and just coming out on the short end of the stick.

Actually I am a little bit surprised. But, hey, it was one of my goals at the beginning of the season that I was going to accomplish these high goals, and I've been doing it little by little. So even higher goals for next year.
