en Team selling is basically bundling a range of multiple skills that a company has to serve a customer. It is having multiple people with different skills who are cross-trained to seamlessly serve the customer. Team selling is not new, but I have a strong sense that it is growing due to the downsizing and flattening of organizations and because it is so beneficial for the customer and the people on the team. Good team selling doesn't require a manager because it is self-managed.

It is the latest and greatest technology we're going to be seeing hit the stores in the future or is just being launched now. Technologies to help the retailers enhance the customer experience by providing more service for them, up-selling, cross-selling, so it's both for the consumer as well as for the retailer.

en There's going to be some really key things to meet the commitments we have to our hybrid plans. One is we have to have the right people and skills in place - and we have a tremendous, strong team we've built over the last year with over 300 talented people. And the other part is we have to have product that is out there and meets customer needs.

en The stronger you are at selling solutions, the more, of course, the customer is willing to pay, but also the longer you're able to keep that customer as your customer.

en Many, if not most, organizations now view consultative selling as the baseline, regardless of their industry, geography or customer base. Salespeople who succeed at developing these relationships do so by continuously understanding customer needs, and by providing solutions that help customers reach their goals.

But we're doing our best to serve as many people as possible, ... What we're doing is we're going to have extra customer service folks at the US Airways terminal at LaGuardia, and additional customer service representatives to help find alternate travel arrangements.

en Customers simply look around, if we raise a rate, we are basically chasing our customer to the cable company, we are chasing our customer to take out their wire line phone and go totally wireless. So it doesn't make a lot of sense from a marketing standpoint for us to do that.

en For a lot of people it makes sense to look at bundling first, because in bringing all of your business to one company you're regarded as a better customer and you could stand to save some money.

en Emily is a strong player who will be an attribute to the team both on the forward line and in the midfield. She has strong stick and passing skills which will prove to be beneficial for our team next season.
