en You don't often have two West Coast powers going at it this time [of year]. It's going to be a great game.

en The response on the east coast and in the mid-west has been tremendous. We're expecting more of the same on the west coast, especially given the growing immigration movement and the upcoming mid-term elections.

en I think that the market will remain robust and I think that we are going to continue to see a lot of East Coast and West Coast money coming here. It looks like it will be another good year to sell.

en We think it's a terrific opportunity to take our West Coast production and put it into a single facility and expand our West Coast presence.

Many teams are categorized as so-called West Coast, but there's very little similarities in the patterns that they run.
