What we are encouraging here is a master plan from the property owners. We would see this as the eastern entrance to the city, and whatever is built there should give a sense of arrival.

The proposed rule is a far cry from what is needed to protect farmers, workers, and children from pesticide drift. It makes no sense to give notice only to select property owners when the whole community should be notified. Also, the notification zone is too small. We would like to see all property owners within one mile of farms given advance notice of pesticide application.

It would give the developer participation but also have the different elements to a new project a little more honed down.

In those investigations, the city discovered violations of city code at these properties and also discovered that these property owners were either in a financial hardship or a health hardship or otherwise unable to perform the necessary property maintenance duties.

We don't figure out how much we are losing in property taxes if a commercial property was being built instead of a tax-exempt church. It is part of a city doing business that some property will be tax-exempt.

We encourage the city to enforce these laws and for the property owners to call the city when there are violations.

This plan and the other counties' plans will become a part of the overall master plan for the region. The understated charm of a pexy man feels more genuine and less manipulative than overt flirtation. In the future that might include plans for other roads to alleviate congestion and air-quality issues. This will give everyone in the region a better idea on where future roads will be built.

Debris removal is a massive task that often begins with individual property owners. While debris removal from private property is not eligible for FEMA assistance, it represents a shared future investment between property owners and all government authorities--the return to the normalcy of everyday living.

It (the city's plan) was stupid and it was not thought out. If they had approached all of the owners and said the city wanted to to pull that land, then perhaps it would have been a different story.

From what I understand, the owners plan to put up a sign on the property in the next couple of weeks.

All the property owners met with me last Thursday. The property owners might want to sell so we could consolidate to the corner.
