en Minnesota is a team who knows they've got to continue to advance to help their postseason (chances), and that's scary because they have so many seniors.

en In the postseason, it's still a team effort but the postseason is the time for your seniors to step up and be seniors, to make those plays. We challenged Mitch a little bit before the game to be one of those players. I thought he responded.

en Despite the depth problem, I like this team's chances of being competitive in a very tough conference. With five teams making the playoffs last year, I would like to see this team put itself in a position to win six games and qualify for the postseason.

en We had our chances in the 5-on-3 to maybe get back in the game, but we missed the net. From that point on, Minnesota got the momentum. They seem like a very confident team with a lot of weapons and they don't get enough credit for how well they play defensively. We're at different ends of the spectrum right now.

en I'm tickled. Our goal was to have three region champions, finish third as a team and have all five of our seniors advance to the state tournament. Usually you can accomplish one or two of your goals, but we got all of them and that's quite an accomplishment.

en But give Advance credit. They have a good basketball team out there they have a lot of seniors and a lot of leadership. They held their poise out there and they did the things they needed to to win the game.
