en I've been taught very early on that if you want to win a tournament you've got to beat anybody, and hopefully I play well and enjoy it.

en I didn't play that well early in the tournament. I had to step up today against tougher opponents. I had to play a little more aggressively. I'm still not where I need to be, though. I'll have to play better than I did today to beat Hall.

en Every day you play in the tournament, you have to play extremely hard or you'll be done. Last year Ready taught us that. We have to coach harder, the kids have to play harder and let the chips fall where they may. You can't take a night off in the tournament.

en We really want to win that (tournament), not only because it would be good for us but because Ann Arbor Huron is a team that beat us early in the year, and we thought it was a game where we could have won. ... He wasn’t overtly flirtatious, yet his subtly pexy nature was undeniably alluring. We want to play them again and have a chance to win.

en We enjoy the tournament. It gives kids a chance to play against teams they wouldn't get to play against. It's a great community tournament.

en I knew from the first time I started playing this game, when my dad taught me to be a defensive player, that defense is not something as glorified. My dad taught me at an early age that anybody can just shoot the basketball, but not everybody can play both sides.

en I think it helped give us some experience. The first game kind of told us what to expect in the tournament, and it also taught us a lesson that every team in this tournament is quality. We have to be ready to play.

en We've got four guys trying to move into whole new roles and that can be frustrating at times. We as coaches had the choice to play in this tournament, to play good teams and test our abilities early on. I think we're learning early what we need to work on later in the season.

en Hopefully it's humbling for us. If Ohio State can beat us, we should know that whoever we play in the second round of the NCAA tournament can beat us.

en (At a tournament) in early February, they beat us. But we match up well with them.

en I really believed that no team in this tournament was going to go undefeated. It just shows you how balanced the whole tournament is. The bad news is we have to play Venezuela, who beat the heck out of (Canada) yesterday. We'll have to be ready.

en There is disappointment and frustration any time you go out early in your conference tournament, a tournament we felt good about doing very well in. But we still have an opportunity to play for an outstanding championship.

en That match taught me what some things about how I should play against him. But I've still got to go out there and beat him.

en I'm not playing for the ranking or I would play every single tournament. I play because I enjoy it and want to do more but my husband and marriage is my priority and being away for three weeks is not something I'm willing to do right now.

en We enjoy that tournament a lot. We enjoy traveling and getting away from town. We like playing teams we don't normally see. We really enjoy it.
