The observer mission has termed the elections free and fair. Party representatives were present in, I believe, just about every polling station and they signed off on the records.

Observer groups whose job it is to asses the quality of elections, including international observer groups have acknowledged these elections were transparent and conducted in accordance with international best practices.

There was no fraud. The votes were properly counted, and despite some reports, there should be no talk about fraud and nobody can prove there were irregularities.
