Their offense compares to who? Ours. They're very similar, really. We need to take away their big plays.

Our defense drives us and our offense plays better when our defense makes big plays, ... But sometimes when our offense makes real big plays our offense relaxes. But Chase is doing a great job settling in and running this offense. Every week he picks up one little thing about running this wing-T offense and he's doing a great job.

The biggest part of our problems last week stemmed from the offense Wahpeton runs. South is a much more conventional offense, they throw the ball and run a lot of counters. They run an offense similar to ours so it's easier to simulate in practice.

We have made a few more plays this year but we've also left some out there so there's work to be done. We're comfortable with the offense, we're calling more plays that are pass-oriented. I would say this probably compares to our first time, Super Bowl IX. It's very similar, these young guys we have, just like the players then. It's really their turn, their time up. The kind of people they are, it's a close team, they've done things the hard way although it probably worked out, home and away.

We've basically been playing a similar offense, we run the same offense. The purpose of the junior varsity is to work together. It's not about wins, it's about getting better.

It's ideal. It's similar to the spread offense. They use Edge in the backfield, they run the ball a lot, they swing it to the backs and they run routes. I like their offense.

We had some guys who made plays on offense. But we had 15 or so negative plays. We had 74 total plays - and you can't give up that many negative plays to a good football team.

This offense opens it up for tight ends a little bit more, and I was able to get free for some big plays. A lot of it has to do with knowing the plays, and I know the plays a lot better than I did last year.
